Clothes pins are a weird but essential chartering must have.  Hanging up wet bathing suits and towels is a given on just about any charter and you should never count on the charter boat to have such helpful items.  (By the way, other useful but seldom remembered things are your own reusable water bottle and a plastic wine glass that you will always be able to identify in a crowd.  If you really want to be prepared get a 12V splitter – for all those cell phones and cameras that will need to be charged and a headlamp.)

Bernard Engraving has come up with a better mousetrap – er – clothes pin.  Sea Snap nautically inspired clothes pins have bigger teeth for more gripping power so you’re less likely to lose half your swimsuit in the trade winds and a wide hook so they can hang on railings (measuring  3/4" to 1-1/4") including shower rails at home.  Available in yellow, teal and clear, Sea Snaps can be used summer or winter so you can hang up those we ski gloves at the Christmas condo too.

With a suggested retail price of $3.49 each, Sea Snap clothes pins are expensive but they’re decorative and quirky enough to make good stocking stuffers for anyone about to go on a holiday charter.
